음히히.. 12월초에 왕십리이마트에 가는일이있어서 낼름 시세이도 매장 방문~~^^

예전부터 인터넷으로 이것저것 리뷰 좋은것들을 많이 본지라 정말 사고싶었다 ㅠㅠ
인터넷으로..하지만 그어떤 곳에도 안파는 시세이도 인터그레이트~~

아~~ 가격도 저렴하고 가루도 아닌 크림도 아닌 눈에 착~~촥~~ 달라붙은 느낌 ㅋㅋ

아후~~ 너무 좋앙
완전 반해버렸어 ㅋㅋ
이제 시세이도 섀도우만 써야지~~ ㅋㅋ

넘넘 좋다규
가격은 착한가격 18000원 ㅋㅋㅋ

사회생활이란.... :: 2008/12/12 00:46

/잡담

벌써...사회생활을 한지도 10년이 다되간다..
어찌니 시간이 빠른지...

사회생활을 하면서 어쩔수 없는 헤어짐과..속시원한 헤어짐..섭섭한헤어짐...이 있다..
계속 쭈욱 같이 가면 즐거울 사람도 있지만 다시는 보고 싶지 않은 사람도 있지만...

난 언제나 회사를 관두게 되면 직원들과 헤어짐이 너무 섭섭하고 슬프다 ㅠㅠ
나랑 말한마디 안해본 사람이 관둬도 왜 허전하고 섭섭한지..
근데 분위기 좋고 정말 맘이 잘통하는 사람들과 헤어짐은 정말 슬프고 답답하다...

직장생활이 아닌 사생활에서 만나기는 쉽기 않기때문이다...

왜 오너들은 직원들한테 따뜻하고 해줄만큼 해주면 직원들은 안떠난다는 사실을 왜모를까?
내가 오너가 안되봐서 그런가 ㅋㅋ

오너와 사원간에는 각자에 입장이있다..
하지만 저번에 뉴스에서 본적이있다..노루페인트는 지난 imf위기때 구조조정으로 많은인원을
내보냈다..하지만 경제가 좋아진후 그 구고조정했던 인원들을 100프로 복직시켰다..
그이후 복직된 직원뿐 아니라 모든 직원이 매년 월급이 오르지 않더라도 내일처럼 열심히 일을 한다고 한다..
물론 매출에도 많은 영향을 미쳤고...

저렇게 직원은 믿어주는 오너는 정말 좋다? 뿐 아니라 존경스럽다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
나도 곧....흠...

안타깝다..이렇게 되는게 ..
그동안 묵묵히 티안내고 일한 내가 잘못이지..
풋..

하지만~
다음 그곳에선 나를 지켜봐주고 나를 믿어주는 사람밑에서 난 정말 최선을 다하며
내능력을 보여줄거얏~^_^

몇주전부터 주말에 재방송을 하는 로망스를 완전 시청하고있다~~

예전부터 느낀거지만..
점점 블로그는 많아지고~
설치형 블로그도 많아진다~~

특히나 네이버같은경우 여러 제약을 많이 받기 때문에
네이버를 관두고 설치형블로그나 티스토리쪽으로 이사하는경우가 많다~
개인적인 생각? ㅎㅎ
나또한 네이버를 사용하다가 별거 아닌데도 맨날 정지당하고 --;;
나만의 설치형 블로그로 이제다시 시작하려한다^^*

작년인가 일하는도중 블로그를 옮겨야겠다는 생각에 프리덤이라는것을알게되었다~~
아주 좋은 프로그램~~^^

음..포털사이트 블로그를 백업받아서 (백업은 포스트종류에 따라 다르지만 내경운 3시간정도 걸렸다 ㅡㅡ;)
백법받는동안은 다른일을 하기~~ 지루하니깐~~^^

백업이 다 받아지면 설처형 블로그 주소를 입력한다~~
그리고 테터툴즈 블로그 데이터관리에서 백업파일을 업로드하면~~

신기하게 샤샥 포스팅들이 들어온다~~ 완전신기해~~~~~~~^_^

아..나이제 네이버 다음 다 버리고 내 개인블로그 이블로그!!
